A US broker set a target price of US$350 for NVIDIA (NVDA.US), corresponding to a market cap of US$8.5 trillion, Bloomberg reported.
Loop Capital Markets released a report yesterday (3rd), indicating that the US is entering the next "Golden Wave of AI", with NVIDIA at the forefront of another round of stronger-than-expected demand, report told.
NVIDIA's Blackwell system chips are expected to double in shipments over the next 12-15 months, thanks to rising ASP.
Rosenblatt Securities also raised NVIDIA's target price to US$240, noting that the company showcased Blackwell chip orders exceeding US$500 billion through the end of next year at a recent forum.
Bloomberg compiled that the average target price given by brokers for NVIDIA is US$231. NVIDIA's share price has climbed 50%+ so far this year, outperforming the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index's 45% upswing.
NVIDIA is set to announce its quarterly results on November 19, while Microsoft (MSFT.US), Meta (META.US), Alphabet (GOOGL.US), and Amazon (AMZN.US) continued to pledge aggressive investments in AI in their earnings release last week.
