NVIDIA Corporation (NVDA.US) inked a lease worth as much as USD50 billion for a data center campus in Texas owned by Hut 8 Corp. (HUT.US), the Financial Times, citing sources, reported.

Hut 8 said last week that its 1-gigawatt Beacon Point campus had been successfully leased, although it did not disclose the tenant's identity at the time. The campus will install computing equipment to support large-scale AI training and operations. The 15-year base lease is valued at USD19.6 billion.

An NVIDIA spokesperson neither confirmed nor denied the report, saying only that the company is working with ecosystem partners to accelerate the deployment of high-performance AI infrastructure through its DSX AI factory architecture.
