Nvidia (NVDA.US) is planning to resume sales of its H20 chips to China after its ban in April, Morgan Stanley wrote in its report.

On top of that, Nvidia has announced the development of a new AI chip named RTX Pro GPU, which will be designed specifically for the Chinese market and fully comply with US export control requirements.

Morgan Stanley considered this news as a positive catalyst for BIDU-SW (09888.HK), BABA-W (09988.HK), and TENCENT (00700.HK).

The broker also named TENCENT as its industry top pick seeing that the company has solid revenue and earnings growth, is the best 2C (consumer-facing) AI representative, and owns the super app WeChat.
